We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following:

1. Returns & Exchanges:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Customized or stitched-to-measure items are not eligible for return/exchange.

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@shalwarkameezpk.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
